I. General Provisions

  1. The Rules and Regulations come into force on 10.08.2023. It follows from the provisions of the Rules and Regulations that the Guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations from the moment of making a reservation at our resort. The performance of the Services and the Guest's stay at the Resort shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.

II. Type and scope of Services offered and provided

  1. The Resort provides hotel services in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on hotel services and services of tour operators and tourist guides (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 884, as amended). Services (depending on their availability at individual Resorts) include, in particular: Rental of Traditional Cottages and Spherical Cottages of various configurations and areas, as well as Additional Services.
  1. In addition, at the request of the Guest, the Resort provides the following services, among others:
    1. Providing information related to stay and travel,
    2. Use of the swimming pool area and VIP&SPA Area in accordance with the rules and regulations for the use of these facilities,
    3. Use of the outdoor pool and jacuzzi in accordance with the rules and regulations for the use of the pool and jacuzzi,
    4. Use of the playground in accordance with the rules and regulations for the use of the playground,
    5. Use of the gazebo in accordance with the gazebo regulations,
  2. The public spaces of the Recreation Center are monitored using cameras to ensure the safety of persons and property in the monitored area.
  3. Should it be necessary for a representative of the Recreation Center to intervene with respect to a Guest who disrupts the operation of the Recreation Center, the intervention may be recorded in the form of an audio or video recording in order to protect the personal and material interests of both the Service Provider and the intervening representative of the Service Provider. The recording of the intervention will, if necessary, serve as a means of evidence to prove the actual facts.
  4. Parking at the Recreation Center is unguarded. Guests leave the vehicle on the premises of the Recreation Center at their own risk. The Resort is not responsible for traffic accidents on the premises of the Resort, damage, destruction or theft of the vehicle.

III. Reservation of Traditional House and Spherical House.

  1. Reservation of Accommodation is possible:
    1. Through the Service Provider's Reservation System available on the resort's website,
    2. By phone using the Service Provider's phone number available,
    3. By e-mail using the Service Provider's e-mail address,
    4. Through the accommodation sites on which the reservation of the Service Provider is available,
    5. In person – at the reception desk of the Recreation Center – the reservation includes a minimum of one Cottage or one House (it is not possible to reserve individual Accommodation in a Traditional Cottage or Spherical Cottage).
  2. Payments – the Service provides the Guest with the possibility to make payment for the reservation of an Accommodation on-line through cooperation with PayU service. In the case of making a reservation by other means than through the Reservation System, payment is also possible by cash, bank transfer or debit and credit cards and Tourist Vouchers.
  3. In order to make a reservation by the Guest it is necessary to provide his/her personal data necessary for the realization of the services (in particular, such as: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number), provide the date of the stay and indicate the method of payment, as well as to pay in part or in full the cost of the stay – depending on the offer selected by the Guest, Terms and Conditions or individual arrangements. The Guest is obliged to provide complete and correct data, or else the Service Provider will not make the reservation. Creating a reservation is tantamount to accepting the Regulations and concluding a Contract with the Service Provider.
  4. A Guest who is a consumer (within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code) shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of hotel services referred to in paragraph 3 (pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).
  5. The Resort has a Resort with year-round access (with heating system) or seasonal access. Due to the above, the Resort reserves the lack of availability during certain periods of the calendar year. Information on availability can be found on the Service Provider's Website in the Reservation System.
  6. In the case of making a reservation through the Reservation System, in addition to the conditions indicated in paragraph 3, it is necessary to confirm the reservation by making a payment of at least 50% of the amount of the stay within 24 hours of making the reservation.
  7. The Guest is obliged to pay the second part of the amount due at the time of check-in at the reception of our resort. The guest's check-in condition is payment of the entire amount due for the night plus additional services. The resort reserves the right to change the price of additional services.
  8. If the Guest wishes to receive a VAT invoice for the Services provided by the Service Provider, he/she is obliged to provide the Tax Identification Number (NIP) and details of the purchaser at the time of booking. Failure to provide the Tax Identification Number at the time of booking, will result in the inability to issue a VAT invoice.
  9. At the time of booking, the Resort shall inform the Guest of:
    1. Details of the reservation, consistent with the information provided by the Guest,
    2. The price of the services,
    3. Regulations of the purchased offer,
    4. The right to charge the Guest at the time of check-out from the cottage for Additional Services ordered by the Guest during his/her stay. The cost of Additional Services ordered by the Guest during his/her stay and not indicated in the course of booking will be deducted from the amount paid in the form of a deposit, and if the funds from the deposit are exhausted, the Guest is obliged to pay for the Additional Services in cash or by payment card at the time of check-out.
  10. Once a reservation has been made via the Reservation System or by e-mail or other booking method, the Resort will send the Guest a confirmation of the reservation along with the information referred to in paragraph 8 above to the e-mail address indicated by the Guest. In the case of a reservation made by phone or in person, the information indicated in paragraph 7 will be provided to the Guest during the reservation or by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the Guest.
  11. For important reasons (especially those threatening the health or life of the Guest, such as fire, flooding, failure of lighting/heating/water mains/ventilation, interruption of utilities), the Resort reserves the right to change the Traditional Cottage or Spherical Cottage of the same standard reserved by the Guest. In such case, the Guest waives any claims against the Service Provider.
  12. Making a reservation by a Guest in any of the ways described in paragraph 1 is equivalent to the Guest's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  13. The Resort may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during the previous stay, has not paid the fees due, has grossly violated the Regulations causing damage to the property of the Service Provider or other Guests or damage to the person of other Guests, the Service Provider's staff or other persons staying at the Resort, or has disrupted the stay of other Guests or the operation of the Resort. The Guest will be informed by the Service Provider's staff about the future exercise of the Service Provider's right to refuse to provide services to the Guest.
  14. In the event of a Guest who has previously violated the Rules again staying at the Recreation Center, the Resort may refuse to accept the Guest, as well as to continue providing services to that Guest and the person who made the reservation. Such persons are obliged to comply with the Service Provider's request and immediately leave the premises of the Recreation Center. In the face of ineffectiveness of the request, the Resort is entitled to notify the competent authorities for immediate removal of the Guest.
  15. The Resort reserves the right to cancel a Guest's reservation without justifying the decision.

IV. Tourist Voucher

  1. The resort provides the opportunity, under the terms and conditions specified at www.gov.pl, for the guest to set up a reservation for a stay using the Polish Tourist Voucher.
  2. If the guest pays for a reservation for a stay at the Resort using a Polish Tourist Voucher, which is referred to in the Act of July 15, 2020 on the Polish Tourist Voucher, it is not possible to subsequently change the reservation in the scope of the data of those Guests indicated in the booking process who have been granted a benefit in the form of a Polish Tourist Voucher, as well as the child for whom this benefit applies.
  3. If the Guest makes a payment of less than the amount corresponding to the full price of the purchased reservation, the Guest is called to make an additional payment within 2 working days. If payment is not made, the reservation is canceled.
  4. The resort allows reservations with the use of the Polish Tourist Voucher. After the Guest declares the purchase of accommodation, the Organizer will contact the indicated contact information to activate the voucher and set up the Stay Package for the Guest. The amount for the selected overnight stay will be reduced by the indicated value from the Guest's Polish Tourist Voucher. The remaining amount for the overnight stay is to be paid by the Guest within 24 hours of the required amount from the date of payment with the Guest's Polish Tourist Voucher.
  5. The resort allows you to pay for your stay on the basis of an established reservation, additional services offered at our resort, purchase of breakfast or tickets to the Energylandia Amusement Park at the reception of our resort.
  6. Guests can use any amount from the Polish Tourist Voucher and any number of vouchers.
  7. Guests will receive a text message with a code when giving the voucher, which they must also give to a Holiday Park Zator employee to verify and confirm payment.
  8. If you wish to receive an Invoice for your stay, the invoice will not include the amount paid from the Polish Tourist Voucher.
  9. Guests have the option to come to the Resort and set up a reservation on site using the Polish Tourist Voucher.
  10. It is not possible to unilaterally cancel or revoke a reservation made using a Polish Tourist Voucher. It is only possible to transfer the reservation to an available date in the resort's reservation calendar. The guest is obliged to inform about the transfer of the reservation no later than 7 days before the planned start of the stay, otherwise, it will not be possible to transfer the reservation, and the funds paid for the reservation will not be refunded.

V. Cancellation of reservation of Traditional Cottage or Spherical Cottage

  1. It is possible for a Guest to transfer a reservation to another available date in a given season or another season - subject to availability of places in the Resort, taking into account the current list price. In such a case, the deposit paid by the Guest will be assigned to the new reservation. The condition for transferring the reservation is to notify such eventuality seven days prior to arrival. The Guest is entitled to postpone the reservation once, each subsequent postponement is subject to an additional fee of PLN 100 - such eventuality must be notified seven days before arrival.
  2. The Guest is obliged to confirm the cancellation of the reservation by e-mail sent to the Service Provider's address available on the Website - holidayparkzator@gmail.com under pain of cancellation of the reservation by the Service Provider and charging the Guest with the costs of the reservation in accordance with these Regulations and the Price List.
  3. If the Guest fails to arrive at the Resort by 10:00 a.m. on the day following the declared day of the start of the stay (in accordance with the reservation assumed by the Guest) and fails to inform the Service Provider of his/her intention to start the stay later, the Guest is obliged to pay for the entire purchased stay or to make individual arrangements with the Service Provider. In any case - in the situation of the Guest's failure to arrive by 10:00 a.m. on the day following the declared day of the start of the stay (in accordance with the reservation assumed by the Guest), the Resort reserves the right to rent the Traditional Cottage or Spherical Cottage to other persons without the Guest being able to assert any claims on this account.
  4. In extraordinary situations, beyond the control of the Service Provider, in particular those resulting from force majeure, the issuance of a legal act, decision, order, ruling or other settlement preventing the use of a given Resort on a specific date, the Resort reserves the right to offer a Resort or reservation date for the next calendar year or another available date - depending on the availability of places of the Resort. The Guest's Deposit or other payment made will then be assigned to the new reservation. Proposing a change of date or Resort will be treated as an opportunity to use the services provided by the Service Provider.

VI. Operation of the Recreation Center

  1. The unit of account for the provision of accommodation services is a hotel day. A hotel day begins at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 am on the day of departure. The resort may accelerate the hotel day according to the availability of Traditional Cottages and Spherical Cottages. The final confirmation of the possible acceleration of the hotel day is made by an employee of the reception or management of the Resort at the request of the Guest. At the request of a Guest and to the extent possible, the Resort may extend a hotel day with a mandatory additional fee of PLN 50 for each additional hour of extension. The maximum extension of the hotel day in the summer season is until 12:00 p.m. The Guest should report their wish to extend their stay or extend the hotel day at the Reception of the Resort by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the end of their stay. In case the Guest does not leave the Traditional Cottage or Spherical Cottage after the end of the hotel day, the Resort reserves the right to charge the Guest for the full additional day and claim compensation from the Guest, including costs related to the reservation and stay of additional persons.
  2. At check-in at the reception of the Resort, the Guest is required to pay a Deposit - the amount of the Deposit is determined individually. The deposit is returned after the guest passes the cottage in impeccable condition. The resort reserves the right to charge additional fees associated with cleaning the Cottage in the amount of 200 PLN.
  3. In case of shortening the stay, the Guest is charged the total amount due to the Service Provider for the reservation. Shortening of stay should be reported to the reception.
  4. The Guest may not transfer the room to a third party (not indicated in the content of the registration form), without prior completion of the Service Provider's check-in obligation by the third party at the reception. Persons who have not fulfilled the registration obligation may stay in a given cottage, after reporting this fact to the reception employee, only from 6:00 to 22:00.
  5. Silence at night applies in the Resorts from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The resort may refuse to continue to provide services to a person who violates this rule. In this case, the resort may terminate the agreement immediately and impose a fine of PLN 1,000 on the Guest for non-observance of the curfew.
  6. If the Guest loses or misplaces the entrance key, the resort reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the resulting damage in the amount of up to PLN 100. Upon check-out, the guest must hand over the key to the facility employee in an intact and undamaged condition. In any of the other cases when the employee sees damage or harm. The guest is forced to cover the aforementioned amount.
  7. Upon check-in at the Resort, the Guest should familiarize himself with the equipment of the Traditional Cottage or Spherical Cottage and keep it in an undamaged condition until the end of his stay. In case of noticing any damage, the Guest should immediately notify the Recreation Center Reception. If the Guest fails to notify the above information and the Recreation Center staff notices the defects, the Guest may be held financially responsible for the damage.
  8. Guests are financially responsible for damage, destruction caused by their behavior or the behavior of guests undertaken by them and also by animals. As well as for violations of safety rules, in particular by unjustified disabling of the fire protection system. The material value of the damage is determined by the resort management.
  9. The stay of children and adolescents under the age of 18 in the Recreation Center is allowed only under the supervision of adults. The stay of children under 13 years of age in the playground and playground provided in the Recreation Center by the Service Provider is allowed under the supervision of an adult. Responsibility for the safety of persons under 18 is borne solely by their guardians throughout the resort.
  10. In the event that a Guest leaves an item belonging to him/her after checking out of the Traditional Cottage or Sphere Cottage, the Resort will inform the owner of the item by phone or email by sending an email about the situation. If the Guest reports the loss of the item, the Resort will send the item at the Guest's expense to the address indicated by the Guest, provided that the lost item is found by the Service Provider.
  11. In the absence of such an instruction, the Resort will store the items for 1 week (foodstuffs and personal hygiene products will be stored for 24 hours), and at the end of this period, the left items will become the property of the Service Provider or will be disposed of/destroyed, or donated to charity or for public use.
  12. Contacting the Service Provider is possible by phone at +48 533 343 171 (the cost of the call charge according to the rate of the telephone operator used by the Service Recipient) and by email by sending an email to holidayparkzator@gmail.com.
  13. The Guest is obliged to pay the cost of his/her stay and all services and goods ordered or used during the stay, at the latest when checking out of the Recreation Center. In case of non-payment of all dues related to the stay, the Resort is entitled to charge the Guest for any services and goods provided to the Guest.
  14. Settlement of the Deposit will take place according to the rules in accordance with these Regulations on the day of the end of the stay (in particular, after ascertaining that there is no damage to the Cottage or Sphere Cottage occupied by the Guest and that the Guest has made full payment for all services provided by the Service Provider, after accounting for the use of additional services.
  15. The behavior of Guests and persons using the services of the Resort should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Resort may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule. In this case, the Resort has the right to terminate the contract immediately.
  16. Smoking on the premises where the cottage is located takes place only in places designated for this purpose. For smoking in a place not designated for this purpose (e.g. in the cottage), the Guest will be charged a fine of 500 PLN (in words: five hundred zlotys). For each detected violation of the prohibition, as well as causing damage to property, the service provider undertakes to cover in full the costs of the resulting damage and unjustified call to the services automatically notified by the fire protection system. The center may claim compensation in excess of the amount of the contractual penalty up to the amount of actual damage.
  17. Hazardous items, in particular weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, illuminating materials, etc., may not be stored on the premises of the Recreation Center.
  18. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited in the Traditional and Sphere Cottages to use open flames, e.g. candles, and electrical or heating devices not included in the equipment of the Cottages, e.g. heaters, irons, electric kettles, air humidifiers, portable heaters. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for home appliances, cell phones, portable computers (laptops, tablets).
  19. It is forbidden to conduct door-to-door canvassing and door-to-door sales in the Recreation Center.
  20. Each time a Guest leaves the Traditional Cottage or Sphere Cottage, he/she is obliged to properly secure it against access of third parties (in particular, during the Guest's absence in the Traditional Cottage or Sphere Cottage, windows and doors must remain closed). The Resort is not responsible for the property of the Guest or accompanying persons left on the premises of the Resort, in particular for its destruction, damage or loss. The Guest is obliged to take care of both the Service Provider's property and his/her own property.
  21. In the event of noticing a fire or other emergency, the Guest should, if possible, notify the Recreation Center staff of the danger and head for the exit in accordance with the instructions indicating the direction of evacuation. Until the arrival of the fire department or other services - the responsibility for evacuation of people in the facility is borne by the Recreation Center staff.
  22. The resort does not agree to use in the cottages their own electrical appliances except those provided by the Service Provider in accordance with their purpose. The resort does not agree to the lighting of barbecues outside the places designated for this purpose and the use of pyrotechnics, such as fireworks.

VII. Additional Charges

  1. The Resort reserves the right to charge additional fees related to cleaning of the Cottage in the amount of 200 PLN. There is a possibility of additional cleaning service at the request of the Guest in the aforementioned amount.
  2. The resort reserves the right to charge an additional fee for shortages or damage in the amount of a minimum of 25 zloty per one missing item - i.e. glassware, dishes, tableware; a minimum of 70 zloty for a missing towel; a minimum of 200 zloty in the case of lack of a complete bathrobe, i.e. lack of e.g. cord - In the case of missing other things, the resort reserves the right to individual valuation - Guest is obliged to pay the total at the reception of the resort at the time of determining the damage or lack of things.
  3. The resort gives the Guest the opportunity to order breakfast in the form of catering, which is an additional option of stay - the amount of one breakfast set for one day is 40 PLN. The resort reserves the right to refund if the Guest does not order breakfast on the day before the breakfast is delivered to the cottage. Breakfast must be ordered according to the instructions located in the Cottage or obtain instructions at the reception desk. No refunds will be given in the event of an erroneous breakfast order or failure to order a paid breakfast.

VIII. Rules of use of the swimming pool

  1. The pool is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - in the high season from May to the end of August. In the low season from September to the end of April, the pool is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The resort reserves the right to suspend access to the pool or change the hours of operation.
  2. Before using the swimming pool open to the guests of the Resort, it is necessary to familiarize oneself with the rules and regulations for the use of the pool and adjacent facilities. Persons disobeying the rules and regulations, violating order, creating danger will be removed from the pool.
  3. All persons on the premises are obliged to immediately and immediately obey the announced announcements and instructions of the staff.
  4. The following are prohibited in the pool: jumping into the water, pushing and shoving other people, throwing other people into the water, throwing foreign objects into the water (except objects intended for water recreation); Bringing in and drinking alcohol and alcoholic beverages, Bringing in and smoking tobacco, Bringing in animals, destroying and damaging equipment, pollution, indecent behavior or behavior considered socially indecent or offensive.
  5. It is forbidden to enter the pool for persons: whose condition indicates consumption of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants or psychotropic drugs, suffering from infectious skin diseases and other contagious diseases, having open cuts, difficult-to-heal wounds (including persons with plasters and bandages on the body), infectious diseases, breathing difficulties, balance disorders.
  6. The pool area is monitored continuously to ensure safety.
  7. Devices that can be damaged (cell phones, watches, etc.) and sharp-edged items that may pose hazards should be left in the lodge.
  8. The purchase of a stay at Holiday Park Zator is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Regulations.
  9. Each user is obliged to wash his/her entire body thoroughly before entering and after leaving, in the designated place next to the pool or in his/her Cottage.
  10. Swimwear suitable for the water is mandatory at the pool: Women: one or two-piece swimsuit. Men: swim trunks or close-fitting shorts without pockets.
  11. Persons under the age of 18 may use the pool only under adult supervision. The resort is not responsible in the event of an accident or other harmful incident to a Guest in the absence of supervision for a minor using the pool.
  12. The resort reserves the right to eject from the pool a minor using the pool without the supervision of an adult.
  13. The resort staff has the right to routinely check the sobriety of persons entering or staying in the pool area. Refusal to submit to a sobriety test will result in expulsion of the person from the facility and inability to make funds for the stay at the Resort.
  14. Persons in a poor state of health, fitness or well-being, as well as pregnant women, should use the pool and its facilities with extreme caution, according to their state of health. Holiday Park Zator is not responsible for health consequences caused by the use of the pool by these persons.
  15. The users of the pool must not create a situation of danger and danger to the people staying there.
  16. The perpetrator is liable for material damage. In case of causing damage by a minor, the parents or guardians are responsible.
  17. For contamination of elements or loss of equipment of the pool and the facility, as well as damage to or loss of borrowed items, a fee is payable in the full amount of the damage.
  18. Holiday Park Zator is not responsible for items left behind, lost or stolen. Documents, money and other valuable items should be left in a safe place.
  19. Holiday Park Zator is not responsible for accidents and incidents caused by non-observance of these Rules and Regulations, instructions for use of the Pool and instructions of the staff.
  20. Damage to the pool and the surrounding infrastructure will incur a financial sanction in the amount determined individually after the damage has been found.
  21. For the use of the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool outside of the opening hours, a fee of 1000 PLN will be charged.

VIII. Rules of use of the VIP PREMIUM SPA ZONE

  1. The VIP PREMIUM SPA area is an integral part of the Holiday Park Zator Resort Complex and the following rules of the Resort Regulations apply therein. Persons disobeying the regulations, violating order, creating danger will be removed from the VIP PREMIUM SPA ZONE.
  2. Before entering the VIP PREMIUM SPA area and before using individual devices, please read the Regulations.
  3. Before using the equipment located in this zone, you should be equipped with flip-flop type footwear and two towels, one is used to wipe yourself and the other as a pad on the bench.
  4. Use of the VIP PREMIUM SPA Zone is tantamount to acceptance of all provisions of the Regulations. Use of the VIP Zone PREMIUM SPA is allowed only for adults 18 years of age and older or under the supervision of a guardian/parent/adult. The Center reserves the right to expel from the VIP PREMIUM SPA ZONE a minor using the pool without supervision of an adult.
  5. It is forbidden to enter and stay in the Sauna Area to persons whose condition indicates consumption of psychotropic drugs or other intoxicants, or who are intoxicated, persons whose behavior poses a threat to others, including employees of the Complex and persons whose state of hygiene deviates from generally accepted standards.
  6. When using the saunas, and Russian banya with a Jacuzzi function, you must strictly comply with the instructions for use, instructions and information provided by employees of the Resort.
  7. The user of the VIP PREMIUM SPA ZONE confirms that his/her health condition allows such a form of recreation. The resort is not responsible for any damages, including health effects caused by reasons beyond the resort's control.
  8. Before entering the sauna or steam room, you must: take off all metal objects, remove glasses and contact lenses, thoroughly wash your entire body in the shower in the designated area or in the Cottage
  9. Only employees of the Resort may operate the saunas and the equipment in them. No proprietary liquids, essences, oils or other substances may be used for bathing in the Russian tubs and Jacuzzi.
  10. When sitting or lying down in the dry saunas and on all loungers and seats, it is necessary to put a towel under the whole body(feet included) to avoid direct body contact with the backrests, seats and loungers.
  11. In the VIP PREMIUM SPA area it is forbidden: bringing and consuming your own food and beverages; bringing and using cameras, camcorders, MP3 devices and cell phones, in particular, filming and photographing strangers with them, using equipment under the influence of psychotropic drugs or other intoxicants or in a state of intoxication; smoking and other nicotine products, moving around in the public areas of the zone without covering your intimate parts with a towel or bathrobe; behavior that violates the peace or rest of other users; be extra careful: do not run, do not jump into the jacuzzi at the Russian banya.
  12. Absolutely not allowed to use the sauna: heart disease, high blood pressure, post-stroke with diseases of the blood vessels, with inflammation of the internal organs, with fever, thyroid disease, pregnant, epilepsy (epilepsy), young children due to lack of formation in the body of the thermoregulation center, people after drinking alcohol or other intoxicants.
  13. If you feel unwell in the sauna, you should immediately leave the sauna, jacuzzi or Russian banya and inform an employee of the Center for assistance.
  14. The Resort reserves the right to ask a Guest to leave the VIP PREMIUM SPA Zone without refunding the paid service.
  15. Holiday Park Zator is not responsible for items left behind, lost or stolen. Documents, money and other valuable items should be left in a safe place.
  16. Holiday Park Zator is not responsible for accidents and incidents caused by failure to comply with these Rules and Regulations, instructions for use of the Pool and instructions of the staff.
  17. Damage caused by the Guest in the VIP PREMIUM SPA ZONE and the surrounding infrastructure will incur a financial sanction in the amount determined individually after the damage is found.
  18. For the use of the VIP PREMIUM SPA ZONE outside of the opening hours, a fee of PLN 1000 will be charged, in case of arbitrary activation of the VIP PREMIUM SPA ZONE by the Guests, a fee of PLN 100 per person per hour will be charged, for the full number of persons registered at the given cottage.

IX. Responsibility of the Center

  1. The Resort is not responsible for failure to perform or improper performance of obligations under the Regulations caused by circumstances beyond the Resort's control despite exercising due diligence (force majeure), in particular, arising from the lack of supply of electricity or other utilities by their suppliers, sudden atmospheric phenomena, acts of war or other unforeseeable events.
  2. In addition, the Centre shall not be liable for any damage to the property or person of Guests or persons accompanying them, including lost profits, incurred as a result of Guests using the Centre's services in a manner contrary to the Regulations or generally applicable laws.
  3. The Resort is not responsible for damage, destruction or loss of valuables of the Guest or accompanying persons - brought into the Resort. Possession of valuables on the premises of the Recreation Centre is the sole responsibility of the Guest.

X. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the improper provision of services should be reported at the reception or via email to: holidayparkzator@gmail.com
  2. Please be informed that a complaint form, through which you can file a complaint, is available at the reception of the Holiday Park Zator resort. In order to properly process the complaint, we request that you provide evidence confirming your accommodation at the Holiday Park Zator resort, submit a statement (request) describing the complaint, and in the case of complaints regarding goods, additionally deliver the goods to the Holiday Park Zator resort at the following address: ul. Graniczna 77, 32-640 Zator. Information regarding the resolution of complaints about the stay at the Holiday Park Zator resort will be provided to the complainant in writing or electronically (via email) to the contact details provided by the complainant, within 30 days of the receipt of the complaint by the Holiday Park Zator resort (in the case of sales contracts for goods, the term is 14 days). In the case of a positive resolution of the complaint, depending on the complainant's request, the goods will be repaired or replaced with a new one, or the price will be reduced. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the monetary funds will not be refunded. If the complaint is not accepted, the Resort is required to provide written justification for the refusal and inform the Guest about their right to appeal to the appropriate authorities.
  3. Guest complaints will only be considered if submitted in writing or electronically. Written complaints must be submitted using a special form available at the reception of the Holiday Park Zator resort. Electronic complaints can be submitted by sending an email with the complaint to: holidayparkzator@gmail.com with the subject: "Complaint" or "Grievance".
  4. Complaints must be submitted solely via the Complaint Form available at the Reception of the Holiday Resort.

XI. Final Provisions

  1. These Regulations are effective from 10.08.2023.
  2. The Regulations are available on the Resort's website and at the Resort's Reception. The Guest is required to familiarize themselves with the content of the Regulations before making a reservation or entering into an agreement with the Service Provider.
  3. The content of the Regulations may change. The Guest will be informed of any changes through the Service Provider's website. Changes to the Regulations come into effect 7 days after they are announced on the website.
  4. In case of conflict between provisions, the provisions of the regulations of individual offers at the Resort take precedence over the provisions of these Regulations.
  5. Any disputes arising between the Service Provider and the Guest will be resolved by the competent court for the location of the Service Provider’s registered office.
  6. The Resort reserves the right to terminate the contract with a Guest renting a cottage who significantly violates the resort's regulations through words or actions. The manager or chief supervisor of the resort may at any time decide on the immediate removal of the Guest from the resort.
